  • Day 1: Nairobi to Old Moses Camp (3,300m)
    Depart Nairobi for the 4-hour drive to Nanyuki, then head to the Sirimon Park Gate. You will trek 9km (approx. 3-4 hours) through dense montane forest and heather zones before arriving at Old Moses Camp for dinner and your first overnight stay.
  • Day 2: Old Moses to Shipton’s Camp (4,200m)
    Trek approximately 14km (6-7 hours) crossing the Ontulili and Liki rivers, and hiking up the spectacular Mackinder’s Valley. You’ll spend the night at Shipton’s Camp nestled right beneath the sheer peaks of Batian and Nelion.
  • Day 3: Shipton’s Camp to Point Lenana (4,985m) and Descent
    Wake up at 2:30 AM to begin the steep, rocky ascent to Point Lenana in time for sunrise. After enjoying panoramic views (which can stretch all the way to Mt. Kilimanjaro on clear days), you will descend to Shipton’s Camp for breakfast, and then continue down to the Sirimon Gate or Old Moses before transferring back to Nairobi.
